The on-line registration for 2020 will be staged as follows:
NB: Registrations for Set players, 2012 & 2013, will be open from 12 January 2019 for both New and Existing Members.

Tips for registering with MyNetball:
1. Only use the above links, or links in the 2020 Registration packs, if you go through MyNetball, it will not take you to the correct registration page
2. Login ID is not the player/child’s ID number - it is your email address (which must be the same as the one registered previously on the player’s details.)
3. If you are having trouble with the MyNetball registration page, make sure you are using Google Chrome as your search engine.
4. If still having trouble, shut down page and start again.

- Registration at this point does not guarantee placement in a Tingara team. The Club may need to close the registration of any particular age group before the nominated closure date to assist in managing high registration numbers. Where a player cannot be placed in a Tingara team, the Club will advise that player/their family as soon as practicable and registration fees will be refunded. If there is an early closure of an age group the Club will make an announcement on its website and/or facebook page.
- Tingara strives to have teams of 8-9 players and as a result we have a cap on the number of players we can accept into each age group BUT if you do not get a spot please contact Gill Ryan ryangel@bigpond.net.au and ask to be put on the waiting list. Please provide the players name, date of birth and contact details. If it looks like we can have an additional team in any age group we will re-open registrations using the the order in which people are recorded on the waiting list.

Late Registrations
If for any reason you miss registering this year, you can register your interest in playing netball for Tingara at any time. Please contact our Registrar, Gill Ryan, on mobile 0417 524 212 or by email: ryangel@bigpod.com and your details will be added to our contact list for the 2021 and future seasons. If any positions become available after registration closes you will be notified.

Government Assistance to Pay Club Registration Fees
Please refer to the following website link and to the Kidsport section. This government program gives the opportunity for young people to participate in sport no matter the status of their financial circumstances. Eligible players 5-18 years (or their families) may apply for financial assistance towards Tingara Club fees. All Kidsport applicants need to contact our Registrar directly to assist in the registration process prior to registration.

Social Membership
For adults who wish to be non-playing members of Tingara but are not Parent or Life Members (as defined in the Constitution), it is possible to sign up as a "Social Member" for a nominal fee of $2. This allows such adults to have voting rights and rights to nominate for election as a members of the Club's Management Committee. The following is a link to the Social Member application form:

Tingara is represented by teams across a wide range of ages, competing from NetSetGoers through to Seniors. All players are graded prior to commencement of competition. In 2018, we had 421 registered players comprising 46 teams.
Tingara is a "grading, training, playing" club. Accordingly, other than the youngest age group, the Club selects teams based on playing ability and does not select teams based on friendship or social groups. Players are expected to train and play on a regular basis.
