At Tingara Netball Club, we strive to achieve success with integrity.
We seek to encourage a love of the game of netball from a young age and maintain that passion to senior competition. We strive to provide the best opportunity for each player, and team, to maximise their playing potential and balance this with our core values of sportsmanship, respect, commitment and team and club spirit.
Tingara Netball Club was established in 1969 with a black and white playing uniform. The Club trains mid-week across Brentwood Primary School and Karoonda Reserve and competes in the Fremantle Netball Association (FNA) competition at Gibson Park (in the southern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia) on Saturdays from May to September. Tingara is represented by teams across a wide range of ages, competing from Novice Nippers through to Seniors. Tingara is a "grading, training, playing" club. Accordingly, other than the youngest age group, the Club selects teams based on playing ability and does not select teams based on friendship or social groups. Players are expected to train and play on a regular basis. |
